Refund Policy

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

store.bigwsales.com offers a complete selection of quality BWS products and accessories and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, if it doesn't function as expected, or it simply doesn't fit, please contact info@bigwsales.com. 

NOTE: Electronics / Electrical parts cannot be returned if the package has been opened or installed.

NOTE: Items must be returned in original packaging and must be in resellable condition in order to receive a refund.

Here's how:

YOU - Request a Return Authorization within 30 days of order date. You may email to info@bigwsales,com, or call 1-800-922-7253 and be sure to reference your order number. Please describe the product and your problem. Phones are answered Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

WE - Upon notification, we will email your Return Authorization Code with the shipping address of the warehouse closest to you. At the same time, the warehouse will be notified to guarantee prompt processing of your return.

YOU - Repackage the product, and enclose a copy of the receipt or shipping documents. Mark your Return Authorization Code clearly on the outside of the box. Packages without a Return Authorization Code cannot be processed. Ship the product to the warehouse address given with your Return Authorization Code. (It is suggested that you use a shipping company that provides tracking of packages as FedEx and UPS.)

WE - When your package is received, the return will be processed one of two ways. Either we will credit your credit card, or we will ship a replacement to you.
